When you first log in to THRST you will be asked to enter your personal information, as well as your preferences regarding your workout goal and diet.
You can choose to focus on : Upper/Lower (Upper Focus), Upper/Lower (Lower Focus), Anterior/Posterior and Push/Pull/Legs. Splits are from 3 to 5 days a week/ In addition, you will be asked to specify your activity level and select a personal goal: to lose, maintain, or gain weight.
Available dietary options include vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian; or you could select 'standard' if you do not have any special requirements. To tailor the meal plan to your needs, you can also select how many meals you would like to eat every day, from 3 to 6.
